My Night.

In my bed.

Breathing,

Rise and fall,

Veins beat with pain.

In the darkness.

In my body,

like a song.

Stillness.

Hold my breath,

Pain pulsating, no!

Foreign.

My body,

is my own?

Pulsing pain beats.

Never ends,

Rise and fall.

      1. yes, I have and they are terrible. when everything hurts it is so hard to relax and fall asleep. for me magnesium will sometimes help me relax a bit but there are times no matter what I do I can feel pain in every inch of my body. It makes for a very long night, doesn’t it?
